Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain high-efficiency oxygen adsorption/desorption agent which is composed of the steric hindrance proximal basic iron porphyrin complex which has only the steady 5-coordination structure as an effective component.
CONSTITUTION: The steric hindrance proximal basic iron (II) porphyrin complex shown by the formula is used as an effective component, where R1 is H, vinyl group and ethyl group, R2 is H, C1WC20 alkyl group or benzyl group, and R3 is H and methyl group respectively. This complex is made by adding the alcohol R*OH (R*: C1WC20 alkyl group or benzyl group) equivalent to the iron porphyrin complex which has H for R2 in the formula with the same group used also for the right side of R2 to the sulfuric acid in the DMF. And the monoester substance is obtained by giving a column division to the reactant. Then the ethylchloroformate, triethylamine and then the imidazole derivative are dropped into the DMF solution to be then left as it is. Then the desired monoamide monoester substance is obtained to be extracted in the form of the powder.
