Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide proper air fuel ratio over the entire operation range by providing two auxiliary air bleeders communicated to a main fuel system and opening and closing each of them according to the rotational speed and load. CONSTITUTION:A main well 24 which depends into fuel in a main fuel passage 1 of a carburetor is communicated with a main nozzle (not shown) above it. Into the well 24 are inserted a plurality of emulsion tubes 26, 48 and 58 forming air bleeder passage 28, 46 and 56 open to atmosphere. At the air inlets 46a and 56a of the bleeder passages 46 and 56, needle valves 44 and 54 connected to respective linerar solenoid valves 42 and 52 are provided, and the valves 42 and 52 are separately controlled by the signals of a negative pressure sensor 40 and a rotational speed sensor 50.
