Abstract

PURPOSE: To heat and vulcanize the tubular body uniformly by a method wherein when a material capable of vulcanization is extruded from an extruding head in a tubular form, hot air is supplied from the die of the head to the inner part of the tubular body.
CONSTITUTION: The tubular body (ex: a rubber hose) 7 made from the material capable of vulcanization is obtained by a method wherein it is extruded from the extruding head 1 of an extrusion molding machine through the die 6, heated and vulcanized. The air is sent from a flower 2 through a torpedo 3, the sent air is heated by a heating body 4 and the hot air is sent into the inner part of the tubular body 7 and heated further. The tubular body 7 is heated on the outside of it also by a well-known method and the tubular body 7 is heated and vulcanized uniformly both inside and outside. Immediately after extrusion molding has been carried out, the body is heated and vulcanized on the inner surface also and therefore uniformly vulcanized and nondeformed tubular body can be obtained.
