Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a detector which is simple in construction and is easy to set the initial gap between a moving electrode and stationary electrodes by using one electrode which is moved by displacement and providing the two stationary electrodes only on one side of this moving electrode.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a connecting shaft 4 is mounted to the inside surface of a pressure receiving element 3 and the connecting shaft 4 is so supported that it can be moved in the axial center direction only by a leaf spring 5. A moving electrode 6 is mounted to said shaft. The leaf spring 5 is supported by insulating washers 8, 8' and an insulating material sandwiching a metal ring 9. The moving electrode 6 and body 1 are insulated. In addition, the 2nd stationary electrode 13 of a ring shape forming the fixed capacity deposited onthe insulating material 11 and the 1st stationary electrode 12 of a disc shape forming a variable capacity are provided in opposition to one side of the moving electrode 6.
