PURPOSE:To make larger the inertia ratio of a driver on the driving side and the driven side along with improvement of the cooling effect by a method wherein vanes for cooling are provided on a boss which effects solid attachment of an addy current generating plate arranged in a magnetic space of the driving body to an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:The first and second pole pieces 17, 19 respectively which are solidly attached in one body through nonmagnetic material and the driver 10 in a prescribed shape which is provided with a magnetic path former 23 are solidly attached to the output shaft 5 of an electric motor, and the eddy current generating plate 35 made of conductive material is arranged in the space 21 formed between the first and second magnetic pieces 17, 18 and the magnetic path former 23. And then, the driven body 40 is formed of the eddy current generating plate 35 and the boss which effects solid attachment of the eddy current generating plate 35 to the output 30.
