Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform an easy manufacture of a base board and obtain a W-layer difficult to be exfoliated, by providing the W-layer on an electron impact portion on surfaces of the base board successively laminated from its surface a thick Mo-layer, thick Mo-layer, intermediate layer and graphite layer. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a base board 4 on which the first thick Mo-layer 6, the second thick Mo-layer 7, an intermediate layer 8 and a graphite layer 9 are successively laminated, a W-layer 5 is provided at an electron impact portion. While the rear side of the first Mo-layer 6 with the W-layer 5 at the electron impact portion on its surface is flatly ground, differently on one side of the graphite layer 9 the intermediate layer 8 and the second Mo-layer 7 are lamination formed by the method of flame spraying, and the surface of said Mo-layer 7 is flatly ground. And the rear sides of the second Mo-layer 7 and the first Mo-layer 6 are bonded through then a binder 10 by the method of hot pressing to manufacture a target.
