Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled film having small tack between itself, improve adhesiveness by high frequence bonding, and prolonged effect of prevention of water drop, capable of reducing occurrence of mist, obtained by blending vinyl chloride resin composition with a sorbitan-based ester and a surface active agent.
CONSTITUTION: A base ingredient mixture comprising vinyl chloride resin, 30W 60wt% based on the mixture plasticizer, and stabilizer (e.g., inorganic salt of lead, etc.) is blended with (A) an ester (e.g., sorbitan sesquioleate, etc.) of a sorbitan having 1W2.5 hydroxyl group per molecule and a higher fatty acid and B) a surface active agent (e.g., sorbitan mono fatty acid ester, etc.) having a HLB not less than 6.0 in a weight ratio of A:B of 4:1W1:4, preferably 1:1W7:3 to give a film. A total amount of A and B is 1W3wt% based on the vinyl chloride resin.
