Abstract

PURPOSE: To lay a drain pipe, preventing the peripheral surface thereof from being damaged by friction with the wall surface of a culvert by a method wherein the drain pipe formed of a corrugated pipe is pressed flatly by a guiding route provided on the rear edge side of the pole of a core-earth spade, let out into the culvert along the pole and then restored to its original form.
CONSTITUTION: A drain pipe 7 being let out into a culvert W dug by a spade 4 along a guiding route 8 which is flat laterally and provided on the rear edge side of the beam 41 of a core-earth spade 4, the pressure given thereto is released within the ditch W. As a result, the pipe 7, being restored to its original cylindrical form, is laid in the blind ditch W. That is, the pipe 7 is drawn out from the side of a tank 6 along with the progress made by the spade 4, pressed flatly through the guiding route 8, and further drawn out as it is, into the culvert W. And then, the spiral frame 71 of the pipe 7 pressed down being restored, the pipe 7 can resultantly be restored to the original cylindrical form.
