Abstract

PURPOSE: To dispense with the tentative fixation of a counter section, reduce the number of processes and simplify assembly, by selecting an individual difference adjusting gear before installing the counter section.
CONSTITUTION: A rotation angle detector D for a crank section B is connected before the counter section C is installed. The detector D is capable of detecting the rotation angle of the crank section B and is made up of a rotary encoder 10 or the like. Diaphragms 5, 6 reciprocate when a prescribed flow rate of gas is caused to flow as a torque load 13 is coupled to the rotary shaft 12 of the rotary encoder 10. The reciprocation of the diaphragms is changed into rotation by the crank section B. The rotation is transmitted to a horizontal arm 15 through a worm shaft. The rotation angle of the horizontal arm 15 is detected by the rotary encoder 10. An optimal individual difference adjusting gear is selected in terms of the rotation angle.
