Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of an AC motor in low load by varying the polarity of deviation between a command value and an inverter output according to the driving and the regenerative times so that in either case the ratio of the output voltage of the inverter to the frequency is constant. CONSTITUTION:An output from a discriminator 45 closes the switch 47 of a switching circuit 44 at driving time, the output from an operational amplifier 42 is compared directly with the output of a command circuit 34 by an arithmetic unit 53 to close the switch 46 at the regenerative time and to compare the output of the amplifier 42 with the reverse polarity through the polarity inverter circuit 43 to that at the driving time. When the voltage and the frequency in ratio is increased due to the load variation, the output of the arithmetic unit 35 for controlling the current is always positive. Accordingly, the switch 47 is closed to cause the output of the amplifier 43 to become negative to increase the input of the voltage-to-frequency converter 38 so as to increase the frequency of an inverter 28. In the case of regeneration, the ratio becomes larger to cause the output of the arithmetic unit 36 to become positive. Accordingly, it causes the output of the circuit 43 to become positive to reduce the frequency of the inverter 28.
