Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the vibrating efficiency as well as facilitate an easy manufacture, by expanding one end of a cylindrical knitted substance formed by knitting the fiber materials to obtain a conical form and then giving a close density of the fibers at the neck part of the cone with a coarse density given at the extended opening part respectively. CONSTITUTION:The fiber materials, e.g., carbon fiber materials 3 are knitted to form a cylindrical substance, and then this knitted substance is expanded outward at one end to btain a conical form through molding by the metal mold. Thus each fiber material 3 extends substantially from the neck part toward the expanded opening part of the cone and spirally or radially. At the same time, the density of materials 3 is close at the center part, i.e., the neck part and then coarse at the circumference part, i.e., the expanded opening part of the cone respectively.
