Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide titled fixing agent in which the amount of a liquid resin to be used is reduced and the separation of water is prevented, by a method wherein two or three kinds of specified surfactants are incorporated into the main ingredient of a two-component fixing agent composed of the main ingredient and a hardener.
CONSTITUTION: There are used a surfactant (A) of formula I (wherein R is 8W24C alkyl, alkylene; n1+n2+n3+n4=20W80), a surfactant (B) of formula II (wherein R has the same meaning as set forth above; R1 is 8W24C alkyl; n5, n6 are 6W45), a surfactant (C) which is a polyoxyalkylene glycol, and a surfactant (D) which is a sorbitan fatty acid monoester, in a combination of (A), (B) and (C) or (C) and (D). A main ingredient is prepd. by adding the surfactants (A), (B) and (C) or the surfactants (C) and (D) to a mixt. of an unsaturated polyester resin, cement and an aggregate. A hardener is composed of an org. peroxide and water. The amount of the unsaturated polyester resin used is reduced as compared with conventional agents. As the surfactant (C) prevents the separation of water, anchor bolt is strongly fixed without forming a gap between the fixing agent and an object to be fixed.
