Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the capability of snapshooting with a flash and to facilitate the operation by charging a main capacitor in a photographic state. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TR3, a boosting transformer T4, a capacitor C5, a rectifying diode D6, and a resistance R7 constitute a DC/DC converter and when a main actuation switch S8 is turned on, a main capacitor MC9 is charged with the secondary side output of the T4 via the D6. An auxiliary actuation TR10 is connected in parallel to the S8 and a normally closed S12 controls the on-off operation of the TR10. Further, a forcible operating TR13 is connected in parallel to the S8 and the TR13 is turned on and off by a TR16 and applied with a power voltage voltage-divided according to the operation of a change-over S17 to turn on a neon indicator tube 35 on the completion of the charging of the MC9. Then, when a synchro contact 29 and an SCR30 turn on, a flash discharge tube 36 emits light.
