CONSTITUTION:Photocurrents corresponding to the radiation energy of an object X to be measured and a comparing radiator R flow in photodiodes D1, D2 via an optical system 1. When a switch SW1 is held closed, the photocurrent of the diode D1 is integrated by an integrator 2, and the output of the integrator 2 increases in a negative direction. When the output of the integrator 2 equals to a reference power source -Es, the output of a comparator 5 inverts, and a control circuit 7 turns the switch SW1 off.
