CONSTITUTION:The AC voltage 4 obtained from a commercial power source in a power station is inputted to a halfwave rectifier circuit 1 in order to obtain one pulse per cycle. Next, the voltage 5 obtained in the circuit 1 is inputted to a comparator circuit. This yields such the voltage signal in which about half period out of one cycle wherein it is the voltage determined by a circuit constant below certain threshold value voltage Vs and is zero output voltage above the threshold value voltage Vs is of a high level and the other half period is of a low level. In this way, the pulses synchronized with the revolutions are obtained easily from the AC generator in a state of parallel operation with the commerical power source.
