CONSTITUTION:A transmitter/receiver consisting of a Gunn oscillator 1 incorporating a Gunn diode 2 and a receiver 2 incorporating a wave detecting diode 9 is formed within a waveguide circuit and in a one-body structure. In order to enhance the stability of temperature for both the oscillator and the receiver formed in a body, a heater 16 to raise an overall temperature, a lead switch 17 to perform a temperature control plus a heater power source 18 are provided along with a heat retaining case 19 installed on the outside of the circuit.
