Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the stickiness of an active material and to prevent the peeling off by adding chips of porous fibrous material comprising a specific resin in a paste. CONSTITUTION:A material comprising polyolefine resin, plasticizer, and filler is heat-kneaded and formed to fibrous material, and the plasticizer is extracted with a solvent to obtain the porous material, it is cut to chips, and the chip is added in a paste. Low density polyethylene may be used as the polyolefine resin, fine powder of silica or carbon black which is capable of absorbing a lot of plasticizer on its surface or calcium carbonate which is dissolvable to form pores may be used as the filler, and a petroleum oil or dioctylphthalate as the plasticizer. A composition comprising 15-30wt% of resin, 8-17wt% of filler, and 58-75wt% of plasticizer is preferably used. Thus the surface of the fibrous material is roughened and the bonding to the active material is strengthened, and the peeling off is prevented.
