Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The mixture of the powder body of the infrared rays radiant substance and the powder coating is powder-coated on one side surface of the substrate 2 to form an infrared rays radiant layer 4. According to this method, the infrared rays radiant substance may be adhered to the substrate 2 while effecting concurrently the surface finishing thereof, therefore, the adhesive properties of said substance is improved and simultaneously the room heating effect due to the radiation thereof is increased since far infrared rays radiation may be effected by said substance.
