PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by preventing an eddy current from being generated by a magnetic rotor by rotating a magnetic circuit constitution plate separately from a plane coil and together with a reel driving part in a body. CONSTITUTION:Under reel disk 23 fitted to fixed shaft 18 rotatably, rotor disk 26 and magnet rotor 27 are fitted and magnetized having poles N and S at intervals of 45 deg.. Plane coil assembly 20 consists of six plane coils 28 fitted to holding plate 29 at equal intervals. Under assembly 20, magnetic circuit constitution plate 21 is provided and driving part 19 and constitution plate 21 rotate in a body through projected part 23a and hole part 21a. In this constitution, when a revolving magnetic field is established around coil 28, rotor 27 rotates synchronizing it to transmit the power to driving part 19. Rotor 27, when viewed from constitution plane 21, is seen to stop apparently and no eddy current is generated at constitution plate 21, reducing the power consumption.
