PURPOSE: To simplify an operational circuit which gives the direction in which 2 propelling devices are to be positioned, by a method wherein a direction, shown by a lever, and the tilting angle of the lever are individually detected.
CONSTITUTION: In case a handling lever HL is inclined forwardly by maximum, for example 35° when the lever revolves by θ° diagonally to the right, propellers at both sides revolves rightward by -θ°. Then, in case the lever is raised up so as to decelerate a speed, a propeller 7S revolves from 1P to 2P. In this case, the revolving angle θ° of the lever HL is detected by means of a signal from a selsyn motor PX, and the tilting of the lever HL is detected by means of a signal from a selsyn motor PY via a slip ring SR. The propellers 7P and 7S revolve according to said signals.
