Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate vibration and noise resulting form the breaking of excess long portion, simplify construction work, and shorten the period of construction by attaching a steel pipe to the periphery of an iron bar cage in such a way as to project the end portion of the iron bar cage from the steel pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe 2 is welded (w) to the inner or outer surface of an iron bar cage 1 in such a way as to project the end portion of the iron bar cage 1 from the end of the steel pipe 2 to form the iron bar cage 1 with the steel pipe 2. Mud water 4 is filled in a bored pit 3 and then the iron bar cage 1 with the steel pipe 2 is inserted into the bored bit 3. In this case, the footing bottom A-A is positioned at the upper end portion in the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe 2. Then, concrete 5 is placed up to the footing bottom A-A to construct concrete pile B, where slime mixed concrete 5' stagnates at the top of the pile B. Then, footing work is conducted, base concrete is placed on the in-site placed concrete pile B, and the steep pipe 2 and the end portion of the iron bar cage 1 are anchored.
