Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure each stray capacity to ground of one pair of nongrounded electric circuits in a hot-line state, by measuring by use of both a leakage current by a commercial frequency, and the same obtained by inserting an auxiliary electric power source having a frequency being different from commercial frequency into the ground line. CONSTITUTION:When an output of the zero-phase current transformer ZCT2 is provided to the BPF's.F0, F1 of center frequency f0 and f1, ig0 and ig1 are obtained for the outputs of F0 and F1. The outputs of the BPF's.F0, F1 are provided to the multipliers M0, M1, respectively. On the other hand, the output of the voltage dividing transformer T2 is provided to the multiplier M0 through the 90 deg. phase shifter PS1. Also, the output of the oscillator OSC is provided to the multiplier M1 through the 90 deg. phase shifter PS2. And, the outputs of the multipliers M0, M1 are provided to the adder ADD and the subtracter SUB through the LPF0, LPF1, etc., respectively. As a result, as for the outputs of ADD and SUB, the stray capacity to ground 2C1 and 2C2 are obtained, respectively. Accordingly, by such a constitution, each stray capacity to ground of one pair of nongrounded electric circuits is measured in a hot-line state.
