CONSTITUTION:Receiving signals -E1 and -E2 of microstrip antennas 2a and 2b are sent to rat race circuits 4d and 4c respectively through microstrip lines consisting of dielectric plate 8, metallic base plate 9, and strip conductor 3 and jumper lines 6 such as semirigid cables. Similarly, receiving signals E3 and E4 of microstrip antennas 2c and 2d are converted to a sum signal and a difference signal by rat race circuit 4b, and sum signal (E3+E4) and difference signal (E3-E4) are sent to rat race circuits 4d and 4c respectively through microstrip lines consisting of dielectric plate 8, metallic base plate 9, and strip conductor 3 and jumper lines 6 such as semirigid cables.
