Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for insulators among coil sides and improve the efficiency of winding work by arranging coils with the coil sides, which are stacked on the coil sides of other phase in the same slots in two layers, near neutral points and Y-connecting the coils in chain winding three-phase armature winding. CONSTITUTION:Coils U3, U4, V3, V4, W3, W4 with coil sides, which are stacked in two layers in the same slots together with the coil sides of other phase, are arranged where close to neutral points among the coils of the same phase and Y-connected in chain winding three-phase armature winding. Other coils U1, U2, V1, V2, W1, W2 are each disposed properly. Thus, voltage among the coil sides of different phase in the same slot is reduced, insulators among the coil sides are not required and winding can be automated.
