Abstract

Computer V receives this signal to control A/D converter IV and subjects the inter-tip voltage to A/D conversion at every fixed interval and accumulates it. This accumulated data, inter-tip voltage values just after power supply start and just before power supply end, and the value of the time from power supply start to power supply end are used to obtain the integral value of the true inter-tip voltage by the operation processing. By this method, various kinds of monitor and quality control are made high-precision.
