Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease stress concentration and wear in the slide contact portion and improve the durability of the device by forming adjacent spring plates made of FRP in a substantially equal length and slide contacting both spring plates at plate end parts having a minimum stress. CONSTITUTION:The master spring plate 1 is provided with eye parts formed at plate and parts and each of the auxiliary spring plates 2 has a length substantially equal to the effective length of the master spring plate 1. The master spring plate 1 and auxiliary spring plates 2 are respectively formed by an FRP. Since the plate end part of the auxiliary spring plate 2 adjacent to the compression side of the master spring plate 1 makes slide contact with the stress minimum position of the master spring plate 1, wear of said part is small and the durability is increased. Any of the mutually adjacent auxiliary spring plates 2 makes slide contact with at the plate end part, and hence similarly wear is small and durability is improved.
