Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the desired output characteristic irrespective of speeds of piston in such a way that only when the piston member stays in its home position, a large diametral cylinder and a fluid reservoir are communicated with each other, and the desired rate of fluid can flow into a small diametral cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: The valve element 34 opens and closes a fluid path 15 between a large diametral cylinder 2 and a fluid reservoir 14, and the large diametral cylinder 2 is conducted through a path 38 to a small diametral cylinder 3. A large diametral piston 4 produces oil pressure, while a piston member 6 is pressed, and the oil pressure is limited by a piston 22, a spring 25, a rod 29 and a valve 27, and conducted through the small diametral cylinder 3 to an outlet port 19. If the piston 6 is pressed further, cylinder 3 produces high pressure. Since the valve element 34 closes the fluid path 15, oil rate becomes constant in the large diametral cylinder which produces low pressure, and the constant output characteristic is obtained irrespective of the speeds of the piston.
