Into the control circuit 64, the starting-up and the starting-down of the output signal of an O2 sensor 70 are input as interrupt signals, and the time from starting-up to starting-down and the time from starting-down to starting-up are taken into a microcomputer, and the air-fuel ratio control is corrected so that the ratio of the time described above becomes 1.0, and thus always proper air-fuel ratio can be maintained.
