CONSTITUTION: The cooling water forced out of a water pump 1 forms a cooling water circulating passage 4 which passes through an engine main unit 2 and a heat exchanger 3. On the other hand, a heat medium circulating passage 8 is formed by making the heat medium forced out of the pump 5 pass through the inside of the heat exchanger 3, steam motor 6, and condenser 7, while a cooling fan 9 is mounted on the motor 6. The heat medium which flows through the circulating passage 8 makes contact to the outer wall of the circulating passage 8 when it passes through the heat exchanger 3 in the cooling water circulating passage 4. It recollects a part of engine cooling heat from the flowing cooling water and is vaporized. When the vaporized heat medium flows in the motor 6, it drives the motor and revolves the fan 9.
