Abstract

CONSTITUTION:At the center of the spindle shaft 12, a stator 16 is fixed, and the upper and lower end of the shaft 12 is fixed to the housing 18. A cylindrical rotor 13 is located coaxially with the spindle 12, and two flange members 15 which couple the two via bearings 14 in turn-free, are fixed to the housing 18 at the upper and lower end of the shaft 12. At the fixed section between the flanges 15 and the housing 18, a vent hole 19 is provided to connect the air in the housing and external air. Since the both ends are borne, the rigidity is higher and the accuracy is increased much more than conventional cunti-lever type.
