Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a pipe line, an apparatus and the like from being damaged by the sharp rise in liquid pressure by providing a throttle passage in the poppet of the pressure-rise slackening valve and thereby slackening the sharp rise in the liquid pressure in a circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The pressure-rise slackening valves 12 and 13 are arranged in the main pipe lines 8 and 9, and the liquid pressure of the main pipe line 8 acts on the poppet 15 of the slackening valve 13 through the primary passage 11 and on a rod 17 through the throttle passage 19. Therefore, when the force pushing up the poppet overcomes the total force of springs 16 and 22, the poppet 15 is lifted to communicate the primary-side passage 11 with the main pipe line 9 which is the secondary passage, and thereby the rise in the liquid pressure stops. Meanwhile, the rod 17 retreats together with the poppet 15, while the poppet 15 is kept in the state of being lifted by the difference in the pressing force between the front and rear of the throttle passage 19, and the liquid on the primary side rises in pressure slowly by the force of the spring 22 increased gradually by the retreat of the rod 17, thus the damage of the pipe line, the apparatus and the like is prevented.
