CONSTITUTION:The data control device (CPU)11 applies the excitation data and a latch signal I to a buffer circuit 12, and applies a pulse width data and a latch signal II to a timing circuit 13. The output of the buffer circuit 12 is latched by a latch circuit 15 according to a latch timing signal generated from the timing circuit 13 when the clock signal from a pulse oscillator 14 is counted in the amount corresponding to the pulse width. The latch circuit 15 applies a designated exciting current to the coils of two phases of the pulse motor 17 via the driver circuit 16. Accordingly, an accurate through operation for applying precise rotating speed and amount can be conducted on the basis of the stable clock pulse.
