Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the coil having a levelled coil outer surface by a method wherein a magnetic plate is interposed between layers of the winding. CONSTITUTION:An insulating treatment is performed on a winding core 2 and the winding 1a of the first layer is wound using a wire. Then magnetic plates 3 and 4 are placed at least on the inside and outside of the winding 1a and the under side of the winding, and the winding 1a of the second layer is wound on the magnetic plates 3 and 4. The winding of the required number of times is wound successively using the above method of winding by interposing the magnetic plate. As a result, the winding of each layer is levelled and the coil having a levelled-outer-surfaces coil can be obtained.
