Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the dielectric breakdown of the secondary winding in a transformer by providing no spacer at the corner of an insulating tube when surrounding a transformer iron core with insulating tube, and winding a plurality of turns of sheetlike conductors through the spacer on the outer periphery of the tube as secondary winding. CONSTITUTION:A transformer iron core 1 is surrounded by an insulating tube 2, a plurality of longitudinal spacers 4 are formed at an interval while forming a coolant medium passage 5 around the tube 2, and a sheetlike conductor is wound thereon. A spacer 4 is disposed corresponding to the spacer 4 provided previously thereon, a sheetlike conductor is wound thereon, repeatedly to form predetermined number of turns thereon as the secondary winding 3. Then, primary winding 6 is similarly wound through the spacer 4 to form a transformer. In this configuration, no spacer 4 is provided only at the position between the corner of the insulating tube 2 and the first layer conductor. In this manner, the bending radius of the first layer conductor is increased when winding the secondary winding 3 to eliminate the dielectric breakdown of the conductor.
