Abstract

PURPOSE:To even the distribution of fluid material and improve contact effect by forming the gas distributing plate surface of the bottom of the fluid bed into plural mound-form face peaking at fluid material feed nozzles and constituting the blow- out direction of part of feed ports to the direction of blowing down to the mound- form face. CONSTITUTION:The gas distributing plate 13a of the fluid bed device is made to a plurality of mound-form faces 13a peaking at fluid material feed nozzles 15 and the orifices 17 of the nozzles 15 are so directed that the flow of fluid material becomes nearly parallel to the sloping plate 13a. On the other hand, the blow-out direction of part of gas feed nozzles 20 is directed to the direction of bowing down to the mound-form face 13a. As a result of this, fluid material is carried to far places from the blow-out nozzles 17 and are evenly distributed, thus the effective reaction or heat exchanging of the fluid material and air or the like is made possible without increasing the flow-out nozzles 17.
