Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a high tension cold rolled steel sheet having a superior stretching prperty, by improving the bulging property by reducing C content of steel sheet and reinforcing the in sufficiency of the strength by adding Mn, Si, Cr etc. CONSTITUTION:Sheet material is made by carrying out hot rolling of steel material containing C; 0.06-0.15%, Si; 0.60-1.20%, Mn; 0.50-1.10%, Cr; 0.10-0.30%, sol.Al<0.05%, P<0.02%, S<0.015%, at >850 deg.C and is rolled round at <630 deg.C. Next, steel sheet is made by carrying out cold rolling at reducing ratio of >50%. Recrystallization is carried out by carrying out box annealing at 550-650 deg.C or continuous annealing at a temperature from 700 deg.C to Ac3 transformation point. Development of belt-shaped structure of hot rolled steel strip is repressed by adding a suitable amount of Cr to Si-Mn base steel in the state of maintaining lower limit of C content constant and dispersion of ferrite+pearlite is made uniform. Uniform minute structure is made and bulging property is improved and, strength is also improved.
