Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain the length of the long member despite the change in the peripheral temperature by controlling the pressure in the pressure chamber inversely proportional to the detected temperature of the long member. CONSTITUTION:The output signal from the detector 7 which detects the temperature of the long member 1 is transmitted to the control part 6 to change the setting pressure of the pilot release valve 5 of the pressure control part 4 inversely proportional to the detected temperature of the long member 1 so that the flow rate of the presurizing fluid to the pressure chamber 2 in the long member 1 is controlled to control the pressure in the pressure chamber inversely proportional to the temperature of the long member 1 to maintain its length constant despite the change in the peripheral temperature.
