PURPOSE:To improve additional power efficiency besides an amplification gain by applying reflected power from the (n-1)-number transistor circuits constituting an amplifier to the input terminal of another transistor. CONSTITUTION:Signal power inputted to input terminal A of an ultra-high frequency transistor amplifier is applied to a Wilkinson type two-branch power distributor composed of two 1/4-wavelength lines 12 and resistance 22 by way of circulator 11. Here, signal power branched into two is applied to two ultra-high frequency transistor circuits 13 with an output matcher circuit with its input reflection coefficiency halved respectively and power reflected there is sent out to terminal C via circulator 11 again. Then, it is inputted to circuit 33 of the same constitution as circuit 13 and its output and outputs of two circuits 13 via delay lines 14 are mixed by a Wilkinson type three-branch power distributor composed of three resistors 25 and three 1/4-wavelength lines 15 and then led out from terminal D.
