Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the control operation stably and surely with small sized control transistors, by controlling high frequency amplifier with the parallel or series connection of the high frequency amplifier and the current control variable element in high frequency purpose at the input side of the high frequency amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The power amplifier 3 receives the output signal form the high frequency amplifier 2, and the output is fed to the directional coupler 4, controlling the amplifier 2 with the feed back amplifier 5 with the reception of the reflection wave output and progressing wave output accompanied with the transmission power from the coupler 4. At the input side of the amplifier 2, the high frequency amplifier and the current control variable element are in parallel or series connection, controlling the amplifier 2 with the DC current in proportional to the transmission output to the current control variable element. Thus, the control transistor is made small in size and stable and sure control operation can be made.
