Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent uneven accumulation and dispersion density of balls by building up an equipment with a fixed conduit having a speed reducting box with a scavenging air nozzle and a dispersing device having a mobile conduit at the lower end thereof and an air transmission device.
CONSTITUTION: Balls fall on a speed reducting tank C from a distribution tank 10 through a control valve 10a. They are fed through a discharge tube 17 of a dust collector 7 and introduced into a fixed conduit 3a with a scavenging air injected by a nozzle, where they are evenly dispersed on a heating surface 2 with a dispersing device 3c vertically moving while rotating with a mobile conduit 3b. The balls thus dispersed are stored in a recovery hopper 5 after solid residue below a certain grain size is removed with a vibrating creen 15. Then, the balls are let fall into the air current fed from a blower 12 and sent to a steel ball separator 14 to be separated from the dust through a carrier sheet 13 and delivered to the distribution tank 10 while the air containing the dust is sent to the dust collector 7.
