Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a floating type variable impedance circuit which can easily be integrated, by using a couple of differential transistors. CONSTITUTION:Input voltage V1, converted into a current by V-I converter 10, is converted intp a voltage by transistor Q21 in current amplifier 20 and then applied to the base of Q23. Current divider circuit 30 divides currents, to be flowed to Q23 and Q24, at desired ratio f(vc) by control voltage Vc. Therefore, relations between currents (i3) and (i4), and (i7) and (i8) are born without reference to the earth voltage and impedance between terminals 1 and 2 can be varied by controlling current division rate f(vc). Current divider circuit 30 is of structure hard to cause non-linearity and the gain of current amplifier 20 may be fixed, so that an excellent- linearity circuit can be obtained.
