Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a movable iron core from colliding with a stationary member and lengthen the life of a magnet, by forming a depression at the tip of a stationary member of an electromagnet, providing a specific relationship between the dimensions of this and a tapered part of the outer surface.
CONSTITUTION: Depression 9, which is to receive cylindrical movable iron core 5, is formed on stationary member 1, and tapered part 15 is formed on the outer surface of depression 9.
