Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a controller capable of controlling magnetic floating type turn table or the like, with a simple construction employing no accelerometer, by effecting a feedback compensation of velocity and acceleration making use of a magnetic- electric conversion element.
CONSTITUTION: A D.C. solenoid 2 is constituted by a core 2a and an exciter coil 2b formed around the core 2a, and is disposed to face a ferromagnetic member 1 which constitutes a turntable. The gap length X between the ferromagnetic member and the solenoid is detected by a displacement meter 4, and is compared by a comparator 10 with a signal from a setter 5. The deviation signal derived from the comparator 10 is delivered to an added 11 through a series compensation circuit 6. The intensity of magnetic field of the solenoid 2 is detected by means of a Hall effect element 9 and is delivered to the adder through an amplifier 12 and an integrator 14. The adder 11 adds the signal from the integrator 14 to the signal from a series compensation circuit 6 and delivers the sum to another adder 13 which adds the output from the amplifier to the output from the adder 11 and delivers the sum to a power amplifier 3. The power amplifier 3 controls the current in the exciter coil in accordance with the deviation output.
