Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the changing amount of the output impedance at the ON cross point by driving plural units of the switching semiconductor element with the constant current, thus compensating the lowering of the differential gain DG.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed amount of current flows to transistor 103 at ON cross point 10 via constant current circuit 100' consisting of transistor 11 and resistor 12. While transistors 203, 303 and 304 are reversely biased at OFF cross points 20, 30 and 40 each. The current of circuit 100' is set to a proper level by bias voltage 13 and resistor 12. Here the current flowing to the transistor is fixed to the video signal voltage, thus the changing of the output impedance being reduced. At the same time, the effect of the junction capacity is reduced at the adverse bias time of the OFF cross point, thus ensuring the compensation of the differential gain DG.
