Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a compact designing of a reaction chamber and to keep a passage from choking, by increasing the passage area of an output chamber and of a reaction chamber during a period of from a pressure response piston working start to a valve disc functioning start, and by throttling it when the disc starts to function.

CONSTITUTION: Ports 1, 2, 3, and 4 of a feed pressure, an output pressure, an indication pressure, and an exhaust gas respectively are individually provided in a housing 5. A valve disc 6 is located in relation to the ports 1, 2, and 4, a pressure response piston 7 being situated in relation to the port 3. A piston 7 is provided with an indication chamber 12 above its upper surface, a reaction chamber under its lower surface, an extending part 14 protruding downward at a center of its further lower surface, and a valve seat 15 to close an exhaust hole 11. The pressure chamber 13 and the output chamber 17 are connected together through a passage 18. In the mean time, for example, a side opening 19 should be throttled through the working of a guide ring wall 20 so that the area of the passage may be throttled in proportion to the movement of the piston 7.
