PURPOSE:To prevent wrong operation due to noises and power voltage fluctuation, by obtaining a trigger signal from the AND of collector voltage outputs of anti- phase transistors which constitute an ignition time signal amplification circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pickup coil generated voltage detection circuit comprises a pickup coil 3, resistors 3, 10-13, 15, diodes 90, 91, 99, capacitors 50, 51 and a transistor 60. An ignition time signal amplification circuit comprises resistors 14, 16, 17, 19-23, 25-27 and transistors 61-65. A high voltage generation circuit comprises a power transistor 7, a Zener diode 8 of high dielectric strength and an ignition coil 1. Ignition is caused by a spark plug 2. The output pulse of an AND circuit comprising diodes 92-94 and a resistor 18 is applied as a trigger input to the base of a transistor 70 of an ignition delaying circuit.
