Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of gas in the system and inflow of open air and also, to prevent the explosion and poisoning, by sending inactive gas to each throwing-in and discharging side of granular substance of high pressure system and carrying out throwing-in and discharging keeping at equal pressure condition with the high pressure system. CONSTITUTION:At first, granular substance is supplied in the upper equal pressure system 5 shutting the lower side valve 4 of the system 5 and opening the upper side valve 3 and then, the valve 3 is shut. Next, inactive gas is supplied to the system 5 and the valve 4 is opened and then, the above substance is thrown in the high pressure system 1 keeping the system 1 at the equal pressure condition. On the one hand, the lower equal pressure system 10 is kept at the equal pressure condition with the system 1 shutting the upper side valve 7 and the lower side valve 8 and sending in the inactive gas and then, the granular substance is thrown in the system 1 and at the same time, already used or treated granular substance in the system 1 is dropped in the lower equal pressure system 10 opening the valve 7. Then, the granular substance in the system 10 is dropped and discharged shutting the valve 7 and opening the valve 8.
