Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten the accuracy by feeding back the output of an inverter at the output section of an comparator circuit for producing AC input signal to the input section of the comparator circuit through a low pass filter.
CONSTITUTION: The AC input signal eAC is provided to the positive input section of a comparator circuit 10 with the negative input section grounded through a capacitor C1. The output of the comparator circuit 10 is provided to the negative input section of the comparator circuit 10 through an inverter circuit 11 and a low pass filter 12. Analog switches are alternately turned on in a fixed cycle to produce a rectifying signal. The offset voltage of the comparator circuit 10 can be removed by applying the output of the inverter 11 to the negative input section of the comparator circuit through the low pass filter 12.
