Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts, the cost and the trouble percentage by maintainingV∝f2 characteristics, even if the main voltage is remarkably varied, and by making an F-V converter and a multiplying circuit integral.
CONSTITUTION: The converter is composed of the three parts, i.e., a power source I, a first F-V converter II and a second F-V converter III. The power source I establishes the main voltage, which has a slit for each half cycle, from an AC input. The first F-V converter II receives the voltage which is proportional to the frequency. The second F-V converter III is turned on and off in synchronism with a transistor O3 thereby to generate the output voltage which is proportional to the square of the frequency.
