Abstract

PURPOSE: To allow a travelling cutter to drive a correct cut tracing the predetermined cut points by correcting the accelaration so that it can maintain a certain definite rate until the travelling cutter reaches the final accelaration.
CONSTITUTION: The start timing of a cutter is given by the transmission of a start timing signal 12 of the travelling cutter output by the operation control device and gives a velocity reference signal 13 to the driving device 16 of the travelling cutter driving motor 7. At this time the operation control device 11 carries out an operation of LM-LMO. LM is the travelling distance at the cutting point of a work. When LM-LMO>O, the correction signal 14 is applied and output so as to correct the work. When LM-LMO≤0, the correction signal 14 is turned off and the velocity of the travelling cutter 5 is controlled by the operational control device 11. In this way correct cutting can be carried out.
